Resolved ESP/abs/parking brake malfunction

hello guys, out of sudden all three abs esp and parking brake are illuminating and the car wont take gas when turned on. the problem remain untill i turn on and off the car. but this wont resolve the issue, its been on month. i got vcds uploaded. i have tested the brake light switch and the brake pressure, all is ok. please help

What values are you seeing from the brake pressure sensor?

Hi there,

How did you test your "brake light switch and the brake pressure"?
Just curious.. Because it sounds like the Engine Controller thinks you are pressing the brake pedal.

If it was me, I would start out with checking to see if the brake lights are coming on when this concern is happening.
- Be sure to fix the Brake Light fault too.

02772 - Bulb for Right Brake / Turn Signal / Tail Lamp (M70): 012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit - MIL ON

And in addition to Uwe's suggestion, I would also have a look at the following Measuring Values to verify the Brake Light switch operation.

In the [01-Engine] controller

[ENG103466] - Brake test switch

In the [02-Auto-Trans]

[IDE00027-MAS00179] - Status of brake signals - Brake lamp switch

[IDE00027-MAS00180] - Status of brake signals - Brake pressure switch

If you mouse over the fault codes in the ABS controller in your Auto-Scan you posted above, you will see that there is a hyperlink to a corresponding Ross-Tech wiki page, for example:

Thanks for your reply, ive tested the brake light switch and pressure through measure value, the brake light switch from 0 to 1 when pressing and the pressure is increasine (in bar) when braking

I have fixed the brake light , no lights fault anymore on the dash

Something you wrote and i have noticed today, is, when the issue is happening ( eps , abs and parking break lights on), i can see the brake lights flashing without pressing the pedal (2 or 3 times) then the fault is showing on the dashboard

Ill retest the brake light switch as you mentioned and get back with values. Thanks for your help

Hmm... interesting results above... I would imagine the value below should change when the pedal is pressed.
[ENG103466] - Brake test switch = 00000000

You may want to test with a know good Brake light switch. They seem cheap enough.

As per VIN this vehicle uses the Brake pedal switch [4F0 945 459 B] - Trust but verify part numbers.

Update to my case
I have replaced the brake light switch, same part number
Now the [ENG103466] - Brake test switch = 00000000 is showing 00000001 when pressing the pedal
And [IDE00027-MAS00180] - Status of brake signals - Brake pressure switch .......... NOT OPERATED is showing operated when pressing the pedal

I think problem resolved, thank you all guys for your support

ABS module is going bad. You're going to need to rebuild or replace it.
