I have been working on a 2010 Audi TT 2.0 oil leak for some time. The oil is coming from the front seal. This happened after a timing chain replacement. The timing chain did not break just needed replaced. The front lower and upper cover was replaced with new. I have replaced the seal twice with genuine Audi. The PCV system has been replaced. The engine does not leak when idling only after it has been driven. I am not running into any drivability issues. She runs great,

I will post a scan as soon as possible but I am not getting any check engine lights. Any help on this frustrating situation would be helpful

Moved to General VW/Audi Repair. I don't think there's much point in posting a scan; the control module aren't going to be able to help find or fix an oil leak.

I was wondering if there is anything I might have missed that can cause excessive crankcase pressure. I have checked everything I can think of

Could it be that you bought a defective PCV ?

I thought about that as well. But everything tested out perfect.

Stop by the Audi TT Forum...we might be able to help. As Uwe mentioned, this is really more of a hardware issue.
