Do you want to brake the law?

The crafter has a braking distance from 100 to 0 km/h of over 43m and a Golf needs 33m. So i think this is a good reason for a speed limit for such vehicles.

My client signed a waver for trying to adjust the max speed limit. I explained all the details.

What is the current max speed and the desired max speed? If you are already at redline in top gear, you already have reached the physical max speed of the vehicle, which you can't easily change.

I think perhaps is limited to a certain speed but not maxed out ? I ve done few of those but i can t remember the procedure , it is the drop down menu of adaptation ,something about speed limit. You have 2 IDE s where you should change to the max speed. Unless i put the vcds on i can t remember exactly but it s in that area . I think you need to use 27971 for security access but the VCDS bubble pop up will tell you what to do. Anyway , that sucker won t go more than 165 kmh on a good day , i have people telling me to limit them at 100 kmh ( for fleet drivers ) , others bought it from fleets and want that removed. Go figure...
