2014 VW Tiguan TDI (Europe) disable lights (fog, low beam, brakes) diagnostics

Hello,

1. I am new here. I have a VCDS VCDS Version: 21.3.0.0.
My car had water inside the cabin after the torrential rain (about 20 L in the footwell).
After that, warning messages started appearing during the car startup (Check your left / right low beam , Check your left / right brake lights, etc). All the lights work fine. Checked and re-checked. Short video here

Is it possible to suppress this kind of diagnostics using VCDS?
What else can I do to diagnose this issue?

2. Also how can I properly code CAN Gateway (I think it was ok before I added aftermarket backup camera and Android radio)?
