Hello,
I'm having issues with the infotainment system on my 2014 Skoda Octavia (VW MQB platform).
The main issue is the infotainment will not switch on with the ignition, will not connect to bluetooth, and will not communicate with the steering wheel buttons or the display in the dash.
I believe this is related to a freak cold weather snap we've just had in the UK. It might be related to battery or voltage? I've tried taking the negative off the battery for a while but I get the same codes.
I've posted an auto-scan below. The biggest red-flag seems to be the 5F module not working at all! I've checked all fuses and everything appears okay. I haven't done any recent repairs etc. and the car hasn't been tinkered with or worked on in nearly a year.
