Help needed to understand error code information

I am looking at a used car for my wife. The salesman admitted that they had cleared a MIL, but did not know what codes there were.

I found a P2004 code that they said they will fix.

Here are parts of the scan I did:
In the top section of the log it states:

Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear <--- does this mean that the fault has not happened AFTER the MIL was reset?

Mileage: 89413 km <--- How can the mileage be greater than when the scan was performed?

Intermittent - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear <--- does this mean that the electric door control module confirmed the fault existed AFTER the MIL was reset?

Mileage: 89404 km <--- is this the milage when the fault first occurred, or when it last happened?

9637138 - Loudspeaker 2 in Double-Subwoofer <--- searching the net finds lots of this occurrence, but I have not been able to locate which speaker this is.

I think so.

How can the mileage be greater than when the scan was performed?

The mileage at the top of the scan is obtained from a channel that does not have the least significant digit. So it can be off by as much as 9 km.

Faults in the door module have nothing to do with the MIL / Check Engine Light. Ditto for Speaker faults.
