Disable HSA on VW transporter T5

Does anyone know how to disable HSA (Hill Start Assistant) on a VW Transporter T5, or if it's even possible?
I tried to enter into «03-ABS Brakes» and «coding-07» but I don’t seem to get any checkboxes on any of the bytes.

Your guess is as good as mine :-P
It's a colleague's car, and he think it's really annoying when he tries to park in hill.. He says that when he backs up uphill he can't get a smooth start, when he releases the clutch the brakes hold it back and suddenly release causing the car to jerk backwords..
So I thought I'd help him out if possible

This is true - our 2013 4motion biturbo is like that - it can be really awkward at times, and a proper hill start is often easier! The results are quite variable you never really know how much it will hold, and doesn't seem to be based on how hard you push the brake either.
