Hello,
Thank you for sending Ross-Tech support your email. Since we already have two pages here and the vested interest of the helpful forum members (thanks), it would be best to continue the conversations here, so that all may benefit over the course of time.
In the new Auto-Scan you sent, the controller has now reported the following details:

also the [44-Steering Assist] is not happy either....

And besides a few "No Signal/Communication", "Intermittent" faults for the J285-Instrument cluster, the rest of the Infotainment controller faults are unremarkable.
Based on the prior Auto-Scans, the controller still has the same coding [0021122] and the
01042 fault code is "Intermittent", so I would ignore that and see if it clears.
The
01487 - System Function Test (<-- Click on link for more info) will need to be completed once all the and J500 controller fault codes have been cleared.
The fault code
00778 - Steering Angle Sensor (G85) (<-- Click on link for more info), says defective, but this is a brand new replacement part you said?
Was this part new from the dealership's parts department, ordered by the VIN?
So, the question is would this indicate a possible intermittent voltage problem that is tripping the steering wheel angle sensor?
I would recommend to check wiring, connections to the G85 sensor and the powers, grounds to the J527- Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module as per the
Official Factory Repair Information. Maybe there is a fault within the J527?
Also, there is a new fault code in the ,
01542 - Yaw Rate Sensor (G202) - 014- Defective (<-- Click on link for more info)
- Does this fault code clear?
- If not have a look at the Measuring Value Block()s in the controller.
Use group [004], field (3). The value should be close to [0.0°] and move/change when the vehicle is shaken.
The G202 could be faulty if the value does not change. You will want to verify the wiring and connections to the G202 before replacing it.
Hope this helps, let us know what you find,
