3vin hex v2 to unlimited vins

I recently purchased a 3VIN hex v2 from my friend around here and would like to know if it is possible to increase VINS to unlimited, instead of 10 VINS, then I can consider paying for transfer of ownership to my name as well

You purchase the 3 to 10 VIN upgrade and the 10 VIN to unlimited upgrade at the same time to go from 3 VIN to unlimited.
