I doubt it. I don't recall having seen engine operating hours anywhere. But please post an Auto-Scan so we can check what your ECU actually has.

From MQB S3 Module 02:
ENG105329-ENG101124 Operating time CU (temp range 1-6) / operating time CU (temp-Betriebszeit STG (Temperaturbereich 1) 1431.2 H
A number of temp. ranges are provided so presumably total hours can be obtained.
Also
IDE03181-ENG102823 Number of ignition cycles-Ignition Cycle Counter 5398
So average trip duration can be estimated if you have nothing better to do.
