Will the work with windows 11
Just bought windows pc with windows 11 will I be able to download and run full version of vcds

Sure. Lots of people are using Windows 11 at this point. Assuming you will be using a current interface, everything should just work out of the box. However, if you will be using an older, "legacy" interface (which we haven't sold in almost six years now, there's the possibility that you might have to adjust some system settings.

I use VCDS with a HEX-NET on a Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 running Windows 11 Pro, works with no issues.
Windows 11 is basically Windows 10 with a new UI. VCDS (the software) is fully compatible. The drivers are a slightly different story, but all recent-model interfaces should work fine out-of-the-box as @Uwe stated.

Windows 11 is explicitly stated in the requirements as supported OS.

I use it on my Lenovo yoga 7 windows 11, works fine, no problems.
