Changing Hex V2 serial number and verification

Hi All,
Ive been a member since 2016
The serial number in my bio is an old one and I would like to update it to [redacted].
I think this is also stoppuing me from verification.
Can anyone help?

Thank you. Just returned from the Florida and converted my UK PPL to FAA PPL. She is a beauty and money pit too.
Did not realise I had had more than one username.
I would like to merge them if thats a thing?
Autotech In Car would be preferable.
