2018 Seat Arona headlight LED DRL problem

Hi guys, Could you help me how to get working the LED DRL and LED parking lights in this Arona?
Originally basic halogen headlights were installed but after an accident these new LED version(6F1941015B and 6F1941016B) were installed.
LEDs are not lighting and having the following DTC:

Removed.  Data from a clone/pirate copy of VCDS is not acceptable in Ross-Tech's forum.

VCDS writes, coding is not available so i guess it needs adaptation. Adaptation has over 100 possibilities.
Does any have an idea, how to manage it?

Looks like you’re also missing the range control module for the leds. I highly doubt you get anything out from the lights without the module.
