^^^ Andy: I kind-of like the message behind the unintentional error. Roses-Tech gives the subliminal suggestion that Ross-Tech is a peaceful place where employees enjoy more ephemeral pursuits (i.e. they take the time to smell the roses)!!
Yes, it's perhaps a bit too feminine a name for the macho dominated diagnostic industry, but I reckon that it's a good candidate if the current share holder ever contemplates a new brand - just think of the currently un-tapped sales opportunities to market to all those sensitive new-age master-techs that enjoy poetry, fine-arts, philosophy and gardening!!!

The other day I had received a reply email from a customer that started the email, "Hello Steve".
I had to double check to make sure in the previous email to them, I was not some how subconsciously signing emails as Steve, to my relief it said 'Peter'
