I have a MkV Golf 2.0 FSI (BLX engine code), car starts fine when cold but will stall when it gets hot but not when running down the highway, it happens when you are off throttle and turning a corner. I can here the elec fuel pump cycling when I turn the key on but it just seems to be starving of fuel, fuel filter replaced - fuel tank is half full, just cleaned the throttle body.
By the way does any one know how the variable intake runners work? should manifold vacuum be supplied to the diaphragm at idle or at wide open throttle?? Mine doesn't appear to be working, no vacuum supplied at idle and does not move when revving the engine.
