Hey, i was wondering if someone can help me out. I changed my front and rear brakes i followed ross tech instructions open and closed the rear caliper like i was told when i replace the brakes did basic settings after replacement. Basic settings was on and was green but now its red and saying off. I have no fault codes at all thats why i didnt post any. My pedal goes to the floor because no brake fluid is going through my system at all and when i put the car and reverse are drive my car dont move at all. Its like something is wrong with my system without seeing any fault codes. Ill post my scan if needed. Thanks!

I change my brakes because the brakes was bad. It stop sending brake fluid to my brakes lines so i thought it was the master cylinder i just replace the master cylinder and it still doing the same thing. When i try to pump them its not getting pressure also my abs light comes on when i press the brakes but my abs module is not showing any codes. The scan is now attached.

Ibe posted the scan above this response and what i changed. The traction light is on but when i press the brakes it goes off and the abs light comes on.

your abs brakes shows a fault code ( System test activated ) .We shall get to that shortly after you explain the following : the fact that you say you have no pressure in the brake pedal you say ? In your abs MVB do you see where it says brake pedal pressure measurement? I can t remember on what channel your brake pessure sensor measures is because i'm too old and can't keep up with all info , but you should start with MVB 001 and go up and see values.When you get to brake pressure, tell us how many bars you see there before you press brake pedal and while you press brake pedal. Perhaps the bleeding of the brakes is not complete.
Please post those values. Also, despite the fact that your abs light is blinking ( we'll get to that later) , you should still have a good mechanical brake at your wheels.

Sytem test is now gone i was able to drive my car down the street and turn 90 degree angle it cleared the test. I did it because i thought that was holding the system from not working properly but the brake system is not coming to a stop immediately and they are brand new brakes on front and rear.
My brake pressure reads -33 bar without pressing them in.
When i press the brakes in it get to about 62.30 bar

Did you bench bleed the master before installing it??
No i didn't i installed the master cylinder and just bled the brakes as normal. I thought that would get all the air out that way didnt know i had to bench bleed the master cylinder before hand but want that still let air in the system once i go to put it on after the bench bleed?

New brakes ( rotors and pads ) tend to be mushy when brand new , they will not freeze the car right away. Pressures seems to be ok..but you will need to grind in those brakes for about 200 kms or so ...then they will have the stopping power. So if brake assembly new , i d suggest you take it easy on the brakes for now and wait for them to grind in

If you didn't bench bleed the master I would start there and try to get all the air out of the master first. Normally the best the approach is to just crack one of the 2 lines at a time, coming from the master to the abs unit and bleed all the air out.
Ok ill give it a try tomorrow i went brought a bleeder kit so i should be able to get all the air out the system now

Lots of VW/Audi cars have a pressure bleeder recommended. It's intended to be used when using the bleed procedure for the ABS unit on MK5 based cars. I did it on my Touran and the pressure and the automatic fluid replenishment make it get plenty of fluid flowing out of the bleed nipples. The constant flow means the bubbles don't get a chance to float back up brake lines anywhere either... but I think I used about 4 litres of fluid!
