Sharan 7N Clima problem

Hi,

Have a problem with the air conditioning on a Sharan 7N (2017), the ventilation seems to blow air, but it is not chilling it. Checked the pipes in the engine compartment, but they are neither hot/cold. Have been visiting a mechanic who is using VCDS, but couldn't diagnose the problem despite the report. As such, I am uploading it here, hope there are suggestions on what could be wrong, based on the report.

Removed.  Data from a clone/pirate copy of VCDS is not acceptable here.

Given that the problem is caused by faults in other modules we are definitely going to need you to post an Auto-Scan that is full and unedited.
