Trying to enjoy all of the features of this software but come up against dialog box wanting "3" code, 0-9999. Is there some way to glean this from an autoscan? Car has been to the shop I can see that from the scan but there is nothing to indicate what the access code might be to "unlearn behaviours" etc. Thanks in advance for any input. I can post up whatever will help of course for anyone with knowledge of this. Best to all on the forum

My apologies, I did not fully read the online manual about the work shop codes. I will be more vigilant and let the software do its job and read more in depth before I post.
Update, when i went back to options in startup menu and selected save settings I was still asked for the 3 digit code when I try to tweak in module 44. If i go to "security" in the 44 module it asks for a 5 digit code? I did notice that the WSC starts with 5 digits so I will try that. Otherwise the program did not act in stealth mode as suggested and will not let me "unlearn steering behaviour". Any input would be welcome.

I'll address one:
You have no values there because you haven't entered any. The reason you haven't entered any is probably because you haven't been assigned any by the VAG mothership. That's OK; when those fields are all zeros, VCDS will attempt to operate in Stealth Mode. That means it will try to put back whatever values it finds in a particular module already. Of course, there are some cases where that won't work and you'll have to make up some random, non-zero values to use, but hey..
