On your personal computer, yes, you can have both versions of VCDS , English and Spanish. However, as @PetrolDave mentioned above, post here on the forum only with English version of VCDS.

Where did you purchase your VCDS cable from? If you purchased it from a Spanish distributor then your cable will be licensed for both the English and Spanish versions of VCDS, but if you purchased it either direct from Ross-tech or a US distributor then it will only be licensed for the English version.
