Rear doors won't lock after CECM change

Hello Everyone,

Following a fault on the wiper motor on my Golf 6 2011 1.4 petrol, I tried an incompatible model which damaged the comfort module unit,

I changed the CECM, everything is ok except for the rear doors which no longer close with the remote neither with the lock button and it's not anymore displayed in dashboard when a door is open, and also the windows no longer close by holding pressed the lock button on the remote, and I can't find any garage that has understood the problem .

I came to the forum to see if anyone had a similar problem that can help me on a track to solve this problem.
