Hello Everyone,

Following a fault on the wiper motor on my Golf 6 2011 1.4 petrol, I tried an incompatible model which damaged the comfort module unit,

I changed the CECM, everything is ok except for the rear doors which no longer close with the remote neither with the lock button and it's not anymore displayed in dashboard when a door is open, and also the windows no longer close by holding pressed the lock button on the remote, and I can't find any garage that has understood the problem .

I came to the forum to see if anyone had a similar problem that can help me on a track to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance

In a few years time, are we going to get questions like “I changed the 400 volt battery monitoring unit for one that was incompatible and now a family of five are toast, what do I do?
