VCDS Interface Not Found

You have an older, Micro-CAN interface. Did you check the "Install USB Drivers for Legacy Interfaces" option in the installer?
If not, please re-install and check that box this time.

Hi! I'm using Windows 10. I have purchased HEX-V2 from Ross-Tech. It used to work months ago but after reinstalling VCDS it sais Interface not found. I have been through lots of threads.
Green light when i plug it in computer (car unplugged).
I have tried Installing Legacy Drivers, didn't help.
Disabling Windows firewall and Antivirus Software doesn't help either.
When i click LEDs button it sais Port Status: OK, LED Test Complete.
VCIConfig Application prompts Interface must be connected, try replugging it. Replugging doesnt help.
Could anyone help?

Are you sure you're using the real Ross-Tech interface you have rather than the clone you also have?

Yes, just 1 green light.
I have purchased it directly from Ross-Tech. I still have the receipt. The images should verify that it is original. I could disassamble it and post pictures of the circuit board if necessary.

The Serial Number is automatically inserted.

What exactly does not look genuine? It was shipped from Ross-Tech. Would a picture of its circuit board proof its genuineness?

The serial number H10-000000 and the sticker 20.4 EN+DE. That's absolutely a clone.
Find the real one you bought from us. The serial number on that one starts with H11- and ends in 349. I'm confident it will work more better.
