2007 Audi TT (8J) Missing Label File for Address-08 Auto HVAC / Climate Control

As stated in the title, I can't seem to locate the label file for the Audi TT (8J) 08-Auto HVAC.

I've found the following for the Mk1 (8N) TT (8N0-820-043.lbl) but I can't seem to find a similar file for the Mk2 (8J).

According to SSP380 "The air conditioning system of the Audi TT Coupé ‘07 is an improved version of the system used in the Audi A3 ’04". The Climate Control Unit (CCU) is J285.

While the Audi A3 (8P)/Audi R8(42)/Audi TT (8J) do share a few label files; (e.g. 8P0-907-279-23-B for Central Electronics I #09) I had no luck finding a common file for the Auto HVAC, or any 08-Auto HVAC for the 8J.

I've also noticed that while Address 04 appears in the summary, there's not actually any data for it. Note the gap between Address 03 and Address 08. What happened to Address 04?

I'll see what I can do about the 8J0-820-043 coverage. Regarding #04, consider the installation list a being routing table and not all routes correspond to individual modules. In some cases a module may respond under different addresses (like in your case #37 & #56 or #17 & #25), while in other cases there is no direct diagnostic response, but the diagnostic functionality will be served by a related module (here #03).

The function of LBL vs. CLB is identical, while CLB stands for CRYPTED Label File. Sadly there were competitors in the past who literally grabbed information from VCDS and displayed it in their tools as their own work. To prevent that, we were forced to go this route. While this will not allow customers reading those files "offline" (without a car), it makes no difference while being "online" (with a car) in VCDS itself.

With regards to Climate Control Module (J255) Heated Seat Controls (E94/E95) can I change the seat temperature and observe a value change somewhere in VCDS?

Does the Measuring Block for Address 08 support it?
