I am new and a bit confused about these forums
I just looked over my post and it is all the original as I had wrote it.
At the bottom right corner of a post of mine it says
"Last edited by moderator"
Why is this notice there?

That notice means that one of the moderators changed something in your post...

The most common reason is adding code tags when an Auto-Scan has been posted... I do that several times every day.
