There must be a way as I had it on the RMC system I have currently. Until I did the factory reset. Happy to post a full data dump so you can see all my settings if that helps?👍🤔

[56 - Radio] -> Adaption -> Channel 39, add 16 to your value

This is what I did to add the battery meter to my Q5....hope this is relevant or useful.

Given that OP has an infotainment system that answers to address 5F not a radio that answers to 56 I don't think this applies here.

Given that OP has an infotainment system that answers to address 5F not a radio that answers to 56 I don't think this applies here.
His infoormation could be helpful as the low RMC variants use 56 instead of 5F. We have to check and verify his information

Q5 had older RMC(1) which was parallel to MMI 3G (BBT, BNav, HNav). Since MMI 3G had an option of battery level, I expect RMC(1) to be able as well.

And since MMI 3G+ (HN+) does not support battery level, it's only logical that RMC2 and RMC4 are also without battery level.
