HI, your registration and verification must be "close" or "pending" as you clearly can post!

The "Under Review" message is a glitch in the forum software that we have not been able to track down. Just ignore it. Fact is, you can post.

Yes there there are areas where only Verified Members can post, and you're not currently Verified. As @stefdds said, it appears you are in Category 3 in the post he linked above. Don't let that dissuade you from posting in the New User section.
