Need my email address changed

On January 10 I went to my account profile and changed my email address. Today, on my account I get the message "Your registration is currently under review. During this process you will not be able to create a thread. Verification is processed by a human and may take up to one business day." Also, my email address has not been changed.

I need my email address changed because my current account at cableone.net is going away.

My new email address is [redacted]

It appears that I need help in order to accomplish this.

I'm not sure what's up with that. You obviously were able to create a thread -- this one!
