Hi,
I'm about to write a couple of HowTo's on rare topics, which I think will be of great use for a lot of like-minded people. Writing these will consume a lot of my time. For this reason, it's important to me that these HowTo's are still online in 10+ years. However, this forum doesn't allow this to happen. While written text will be permanently preserved, images will not - because this forum doesn't allow uploading images. Using external image hosters like imgurl means that the images will be gone one day. And this is a huge issue in my opinion: Some threads only make sense because of their text AND images - some tutorials are more or less useless without their images.
I'd really like to share my knowledge on an english-speaking forum instead of drive2 (which has this feature enabled). For this reason, I would like to ask @Uwe to enable the forum's "upload image" feature. Even if this means to upgrade the server's HDD capacity and increases traffic ;-)
Aaaaand I made this a poll, maybe the other forum members see this as an issue as well? I hope for the best, because this forum rocks!
