No, this is not feasible, sorry. You can only switch the HVAC for the one with an off button.

Really? I remember being able to switch off the climate panel by turning the fan speed to zero.

Sure, every one I've seen has had some way to turn it OFF, but on some it isn't as simple as pressing a button marked "Off".

What does the ‘REST’ button normally do?
It blows residual heat from the engine cooling system into the cabin after you shut down (and even lock up) the car. Basically, it tries to keep the cabin warm for as long as it can.
