UPDATE: The information below is obsolete and deprecated. As of Release 22.3, we have included native builds for machines with ARM CPUs running Windows 10 or 11. The installer should detect your ARM machine and automagically give you native ARM builds if you just stick with the defaults on the Choose Components screen.

Folks, this is "Unsupported". That means if it works for you, great, but don't fuss at us and expect us to solve the problem if it doesn't.

If you have a a modern machine running Windows 10 on an ARM CPU, for example a Surface Pro X or a Galaxy Book Go and a current Ross-Tech interface (HEX-V2 or HEX-NET -- legacy interfaces are highly unlikely to work), give this a try:

1) Install VCDS without the drivers for Legacy Interfaces:

2) Right-click the VCDS shortcut in your desktop and select 'Properties'.
- Then click the Compatibility tab, click the [Change emulation settings] button.
- Select 'Use advanced settings', and check 'Disable hybrid execution' mode:

That's it. Let us know if it works for you.
