VW Tiguan 2018r CODING Problem Convert USA to EUROPE

Hi, i write from Poland so I'm sorry for my bad language, But I will try present you my problem.
I bought Tiguan from USA and start converting to Europe - I add fog lamp, "turn signal""blinker".(left-right )--- back
I pulled the cable to module BCM:
-LEFT FOG to "A72"
-LEFT TURN SIGNAL TO "A60"
-RIGHT TURN SIGNAL TO "C31"
My friend coded me all because I'm not good at it. BUT SOMETHING went wrong. He can't help me.
I have communique "Fault: Vehicle lighting"
526615 - Control Module Incorrectly Coded
U1014 00 [009] - -
Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
My admap is in Polish but I think something is going to be read from it.
I will try deliver English version admap the coming days.

@Spacewalker, that's a great idea! I think the forum should have a (acronym like) high lighted for "friend"..... like FLONE or AFRIEND or CFRIEND or IHAF , FRIENDONE ...... you get the idea.
