Not quite possible I’m afraid, but it’s down to the VAG module firmware - not . As a slight comprise, if a fault is tagged as Intermittent, it is actually clear at that time you scanned; but recorded as had happened sometime in the past.
If no ‘Intermittent’ tag, the fault is actually on or occurring at the time you scanned.
Some later modules will give a date & time of the first occurrence, and the number of times it had occurred [Fault Frequency]. You may keep your eye on that to see if it increments between your scans.
Not helping with vehicle diagnostics, but on the fault stack of some firmware I wrote for work, for intermittent faults I record time of first occurrence, last cleared and number of occurrences.
