Hi everyone, please could someone help me understand where the fault could be. Im trying to perform basic setting on channel 060, it begins well, but then it fails and gives 255 29 0 error, searching found this description Druckrampe 2 WDK. Something related to pressure line 2.
Whats does WDK stands for?
To which hydraulic circuit could be fault 255 29 0 be related to?

Great thanks.

Do we have an Auto-Scan of whatever 2017 car this is showing these faults? If not please post one.

Unfortunately did not do a full autoscan, just went straight to 02 Transmissions, 01 engine, 03 Brake/ABS, and 17 instruments.
Triying to do basic setting on transmission on channel 060 but always fails at 255 29 0. Currently mechatronic is out and can't get the fullautoscan now.
Vehicle is VW Golf mk6 2010 1.6tdi CAYC engine 7 speed DSG 0AM Transmission.

Kinda difficult to help without seeing the Auto-Scan - post whatever you have (which AFAIK VCDS will have auto-saved).

Log group 30 in 02-Auto Trans and see what pressure you have- Pump should turn off at 60bar and turn on again 42bar but measure how long does it take to go from 60 to 42 bar.

It gets to 6Mpa and the pump turns off and pressure gradually drops to 4.2Mpa and pump kicks in again till 6Mpa and off. Pump is fine, accumulator is also good and upgraded with the steel cup type.
Pressure drops slower when cold and engine running but stationary in Parking. When driving and temperature around 50-70°C it drops quite fast, about 2-3bar/sec.
When driving cold it drives well,no issues.
Problems starts after about 30-40min drive specially on highway, starts jerking on 3rd, 5th and 7th gears.
It jerks mostly when accelerador pedal is pressed above 35% or higher, when pressed lightly it doesn't do it.
When it jerks the pressure drops below 40bar and sometimes drops till around 20bar but only on gears 5 and 7 but pump keeps running at 2200rpm. If relieve pressure on accelerador pedal or engage gear 6 or gear 4, pressure starts to rise up to normal 60bar.
When try to do basic setting when cold get error 255-29-0.
When try to do basic setting warmed 50-60°C get a scratching noise like a gear not properly engaged and error 255-87-0 fork/synchro 6th gear position.
When cold no errors comes up. But after driving for about 30min and transmission warms up above 40°C jerks starts and these errors below comes up.
P175D Clutch 1 opens unintentionally.
P1895 Function restriction due to pressure drop.
P0841 Transmission fluid pressure sensor/switch A range/performance.

It has been seriously proposed that we should force people to do an Auto-Scan before letting them access individual control modules. :p
