Hi there, great question... I have to answer it with another question, what is the engine code? Because it may be different for this particular engine.

Here in the states the Official Factory Repair Information says for the:
Workshop ManualAudi Q7 2007 ➤
6-cylinder TDI engine (3.0 ltr. 4-valve common rail -generation II)
- (inc. Eng. Codes: CJGA, CJGC, CJMA, CRCA, CLZB, CNRB)

Step 1 - Bolts 1 through 8 in sequence = [Hand tight]
Step 2 - Bolts 1 through 8 in sequence = [15nm]
Step 3 - Bolts 1 through 8 in sequence = [25nm]

Notes:
- "Renew nuts"
- "Coat threads of nuts with high-temperature paste"

Hope that helps,

drpeter

Ahh.... For some reason I read manifold nuts... :p

Looks like all the Nuts & Bolts in that part of the exhaust should be tightened to 23nm, they still recommend to replace (renew) the Nuts too. You may want to double check my answer with the Official Factory Repair Information ;)

Those are typically two "uga-duga's" or in German "gud-n-tight"

Hi, what is that old saying?? "... if you give a man a fish he is hungry again in an hour. If you teach him to catch a fish you do him a good turn."

The answers you seek are found within the "Official Factory Repair Information" manuals.
