I can't get regeneration started. Tried to start regen with security access codes 10016 and 27971 (also both codes tested to Coding II field). Security access code 27971 accepted, but no success to start regen, when looking measuring blocks 100, 101 and 102.

Diesel Particle Filter Emergency Regeneration
- for engine codes: CANA, CANB, CANC, CDYA, CDYB, CDYC

Prerequisites:
- Fuel tank must be at least 1/4 full
- Vehicle in Park/Neutral
- Parking brake on
- Hood is closed
- Engine idling in a well vented area

Warning! - Risk of Fire!
- When performing the Emergency Regeneration, the temperature of the Exhaust System can be as high as 300°C/572°F for as 30 or minutes, please insure the vehicle is in good condition before continuing and there are no combustible materials near the exhaust.


[Select]
[01 - Engine]
[Security Access - 16]
- Enter the Code [27971]
[Do It!]

[Measuring Value Blocks] (MVB)
- Look at Group [104] field (1) must be less than [0.46]*
- Look at Group [104] field (3) must be less than MVB-107, field (1)*

* Any value greater than the above, there is a chance the system will not regenerate and the filter would need to be replaced.


[Basic Settings]
- Enter in Group [226]
- (Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) service regeneration)
Press [Go!]

Notes: Regeneration may take up to 40 minutes. While the regeneration, the engine speed is maintained at about 1500 U / min.

- Once complete
[Done, Go Back]
And re-check the [Measuring Value Block] Group [104]
- Soot level should be close to 0
Check for fault codes.
