What do these values mean? How is the test initiated?

Test not started
OBDII all good, see below

Ignition Timing:

Loc. IDE00155 Ignition timing angle retard cylinder 1 0
Cylinder 2-4 same.
Does this mean that the ignition does not need to be retarded i.e. all OK ?

How is the test initiated?
There may be a Basic Setting that initiates it. It will also self-initiate when conditions are correct, especially if the relevant Readiness bit is not set.
Does this mean that the ignition does not need to be retarded i.e. all OK ?
You should be able to see when the ECU pulls timing from the map there as a result of knock-sensing. This will generally happen under high loads, and especially if your fuel isn't up to snuff.
