had a loose injector - tightened and all was good
was told to replace so ordered a replacement
It came loose again and a misfire - stretch bolt replaced but still have the misfire

Injector quantity deviation on 3 is + 3

is there any chance it could be the seal

didn't replace the injector - bolt is on a bracket that holds 2 injectors - that's all I have changed up to now

If it was loose, there was probably a reason.. is the thread pulling from the head???

Also, the seat in the head may be worn from movement and exhaust pushing past, and need reaming. Then fit the injector with a new seal and bolt.
