So I’ve seen OBDeleven has the feature to activate the amber signal on the headlight to work with DRL. Anyone know how to set this in the VCDS? I don’t trust the OBDeleven anymore to do this, unfortunately.

CORRECTION, ITS FOR A 2010 R8.
I've fixed your thread title.

For context, this is the car in question, right?

What exactly are you trying to make the amber signal do?

Hi Uwe. Thank you for fixing the title and yes it's a 2010 R8. What I'm trying to do is to turn the amber lights on together with the DRL.

HI Everyone, wanting to check if anyone has done this coding using their VCDS and if you don't mind sharing the steps. Thank you!

Here's what I found out from other forums but haven't given a shot yet. -

Keep the DRL's on while the turn signals is active:
09-Cent. Elect.
Coding-07
Long Coding Helper
Byte 8
Bit 7 (uncheck box) Daytime Running Light (DRL) Deactivation while Blinking active

Change the brightness of the DRL while headlights are on:
09-Cent. Elect.
Coding-07
Long Coding Helper
Byte 11
Change Dec1: 100 x 1 = 100
