is there a relearning to do

and where can I find the procedure on ross-tech if available

Nope, no scan tool procedure needed for a timing belt replacement on a car that new. The requirement to check pump timing with a scan tool was for the original distributor-pump TDI engines made between about 1992 and 2003.

good news for me this is the first time I replace the timing belt on this car.I work on US and Asian cars often, thank for help

Actually I would add this:
2004-2006 torsion value needs to be check with VCDS.

But like UWE said on 2009 + VCDS no need for timing belt.
