I have java 8 installed and verified, I downloaded both hexnetconfig and hexnetconfig-2 and it keeps telling me that the application cannot be opened. Im running MacOS Catalina.

Updating Firmware error code
Hey guys i'm getting an error code. When I test and then do the config there is new firmware to install. I am clicking on download and then it begins only to keep saying "refresh error" and the light on the hex v2 starts blinking green. Can anyone help me with this?
