Vagcom problem

i am trying to code in on 1k golf 2007 , the indicators to to be DLR lights, i go in to central electric,byte 7 and put in a percentage of 40 press enter the 40 remains highlighted and thats as far as i can go,before updating the software on vagcom i could do this codeing
can any body help
