It might be something like HCxxxxxx or HN2-xxxxxx. In the Comments box, right click your mouse and then select [Paste]. You will see the data from the Auto-Scan populate the Comments field. The file name will have the car's VIN in it. You can have Windows sort by [Date modified] so that the most recent Auto-Scans are at the top of the list. Click on the Auto-Scan file you wish to send to highlight it, then click on the [Open] button.

Bonus Pro Tip:

When you are in the Open dialog window, you can filter out other Auto-Scans so you can find an Auto-Scan you've done sometime in the past.

In the "File name:" field, type in *??????*, with ?????? being the last 6 digits of the VIN.

vin search.jpg

In that example, I've typed in *504687*, then hit [Enter]. Now only Auto-Scan files that have those 6 digit number in the file name are shown, thus one result for VIN 1V2CR2CA1SC504687. Click on that Auto-Scan file then [Open].
