My 2016 S6 has the driver assist package with all the tech except night vision. Lane Assist works fine, except that if I'm driving down a straight highway and not moving the wheel, letting Lane Assist make tiny corrections, after 10-15 seconds it will beep and tell me to take over steering. If I move the wheel a tiny bit Lane Assist will come back on, but again only for 10-15 seconds, repeat... It's not a capacitive touch on the wheel thing--I'm always holding the wheel, but to avoid this I have to move the wheel slightly during the 10-15 seconds. On long drives on a straight highway this is really annoying.
Is there a coding to change this time limit?
I've looked in the forum here and on AudiWorld and Audizine to no avail. And looking at the Lane Assist coding in VCDS there's not an obvious field for the time limit.
Any help appreciated!
