Volkswagen T-Roc 1.6 D MY2020 App-connect activation, how?

Hello dear fellow members. I recently purchased a VW T-Roc 1.6 Diesel MY2020, basic model. When I select APP from main unit, I have the message that I must contact local dealer for ativation of extra features. Is it possible to activate Android Auto using VCDS in order to connect my mobile phone? Looking for available codes through MENU, code 00060900 (Google Android Auto) is available.

Dealer job. Costs around 200€ for the license + depending on dealer, roughly 100€ for the activation job.

Needs online connection to VW mothership so not doable with VCDS or any other coding tool.

Available only means that Unit can handle this feature. Important is "installed code"
Activation on your Preh Unit can be done with some tricks, but not with VCDS or any other tool

"Installed" list is empty! At "Available" list has the codes:
00060300 (Mirror Link)
00060800 (Apple CAr Play)
00060900 (Android Auto)
00060100 (Vehicle Data)
What other tricks I can use to load codes?
