asking for help with a steering assist yellow warning light on golf mk5

story is . . lost its power steering and another garage fitted and reconditioned steering rack
its now ended up at my door and as you can see from the scan
communications fault in the abs controller and torque sensor faults in the steering assist module,
dont think its coded properly but they didnt take a full scan prior to work just wondering your ideas and thoughts
there is no abs warning lights
the steering assist faults do clear but return
the abs fault does not clear so maybe can bus issue or incorrect replacement steering rack ?
