Hi.
I have a 2004 T5 Transporter. The central locking suddenly stopped working. It usually operates turning the key in any door lock (not from the key fob)
Having googled the problem, I have eliminated the notorious corroded cable that goes to the control module under the drivers seat, but it still isn't working.
I cant do a full scan on this year van. But below is the scan of the central electrics. 4 faults came up, The battery voltages must be old codes as the van has had a new battery a while ago, and after deleting the fault codes only 1 code came back which is:
01330 - Central Control Module for Central Convenience (J393)
004 - No Signal/Communication
Is it likely / possible that the control module itself has failed?
Thanks for any advice.
