I have a hex-can-usb that doesn't read the engine module on my car, but the hex-net can read the very same module. I have tried it on two other cars and it fails to recognize some of the modules that the hex-net recognizes. The cars in question are from 2006 -2010. I get a steady green light and it seems to connect. Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

That's quite unusual. Please post Auto-Scans from one of these cars made using each interface.
