You need a keyboard fix, CAPS LOCK is stuck (on forums this is called SHOUTING!) ;)

The screens gives you the latest Service information... if you don't want to reset it click Done, Go Back or choose one of the options available and click Perform SRI...

Thank you so much. But, my problem isn't that. VCDS is freezing...

Based on the screenshot, this cannot be seen. No “hourglass” or anything to indicate program freezing?

I also don't see what's funny in my post (#2).

You say it freezes. What were you expecting it to do at the point where you made the screen shot?

I'm so sorry for laughing emoji. I can't exit the SRI Reset Window. New screenshot is here;

not all clusters use this same chanells for Service reset, and this function not read them first, only do function run , even if not available
try via USB first
make sure yo ucan do that manually ,
then try utomatic function reset

There is not a problem on the wired connection. Problem is on the wireless acces point mode.

What WiFi chipset does your PC use?

Have you tried a different PC, or tried a different WiFi adapter? Cheapo USB WiFi adapters are available for under $10...

I tried on new laptop computer. But, the problem continues. I think, this problem is general problem of VCDS. Please check it. You can fix the problem with a new VCDS Update.

Trying to reproduce this. HN2 with CB 0.4529 in AP mode. Dell XPS-13 (9380) running W10 Pro, fully up-to-date.

No joy. I can go into and out of SRI Reset all day long. No freezes.

However, the car in question does have a much newer instrument cluster that uses the UDS protocol, and I don't have anything pre-UDS like the OP.
