Well, there's definitely a typo in that serial number. I think I found the error and can correlate it to an interface, but the rest of the info you used when you joined the forum (e-mail address, real name, etc) isn't a positive match for the owner of that system either. Please shoot an e-mail to Sales@Ross-Tech.com with your forum user name and the contact data you used when you bought your system and we'll be able to get it sorted.

Yeah, I don't typically use real identity when signing up on forums. I sent my real name to that email address.
