Hello everyone!

I'm newly registered. However, I signed up on the forum before my cable arrived, so I didn't enter my VCDS serial number at the time. It has now arrived, and I've added the VCDS serial number to my account page. I'm wondering whether the verification process happens automatically or if someone needs to review it first.
I also registered in the app under Options > Config (the button next to the Test button).

So, I'm posting this both to say hello to everyone and to check whether my account is now verified by looking under my username.

Soon, I'll be posting in another forum section to seek help regarding the "problem" that led me to buy my own cable.

Hi, I'm a registered Ross-Tech VCDS user with a HEX-V2. My forum account (Digifast80) uses the same email address as my product registration, but my account isn't showing as Verified, so I can't post in the support sections.

I know I've made some errors, at least in timing, but have I followed all of the steps?

Cable ordered July 2022, registration request sent and transaction ID received July 2024, Entered into VCDS in July 2026... maybe verified status by July 2028?
